I, (hereinafter referred to as “client”) accept these terms and delivery of the rental items listed below. The client agrees to all terms, prices and conditions listed here. This contract is contingent upon the receipt of the deposit and signed contract within 14 days after the date of the creation of this contract indicated below. All deposits are 50% of the total rental fees and are non-refundable. Deposits may be used toward future events in case of inclement weather or postponement. All changes, adjustments & postponements made within 72 hours of Event Date are subject to applicable processing & labor charges. Backyard Party Solutions, LLC requires a valid CREDIT CARD on file before event reservation can be confirmed. The Client agrees to provide access to the event location for Backyard Party Solutions, LLC to set up at least 4 HOURS prior to scheduled contracts start time. Rental periods are based on 24 hours. Client agrees to assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY for care of the rental equipment from the delivery/pickup time to the removal/return of rental equipment. Rental items that are removed/returned damaged or missing pieces are subject to a replacement / repair fee, based upon the degree of the damage. Clients will be subject to a $50 additional cleaning fee for units returned showing more than normal use. Backyard Party Solutions, LLC reserves the right to determine what normal use is.
